Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) provides the ability to track messages processed by JMS Queues like IFACE, Flat File, XML data.
Following are the steps which we can take use Message Tracking application to see message being sent from external system to Maximo APIs–
1.Go to System properties > Search for mxe.int.storerestmsg Set the value as 1 to enable and save the record
This property enables storing REST API messages from MIF.
2.Search for mxe.int.trackrestrequests Set the value as 1 to enable and save the record.
This property enables Message Tracking for REST API.
From Select Action > Live Refresh and perform Live Refresh for both properties.
To view the messages coming via REST API, Go to Integration > Message Tracking and click on Select Action - Synchronous Message Tracking.
