The Client is a leading developer, owner, and operator of integrated resort properties in Macao, China, operating in the hospitality, tourism, entertainment, and gaming industries. The Client operates multiple large-scale integrated resorts that include luxury hotels, casinos, convention and exhibition centers, retail malls, entertainment venues, theaters, dining outlets, and transportation services, supporting millions of visitors annually.
