We are the team behind EAM360, a group of engineers, domain experts, and problem-solvers passionate about making asset management simpler, smarter, and more human. We are a product division of Sedin Technologies, and everything we do is built on years of hands-on experience with enterprise maintenance systems and the teams who use them every day.

Our journey began not with a product idea, but with a question from a frustrated Maximo customer who couldn’t get their Maximo Mobile solution to work in the field. What followed was a collaboration, one that inspired us to design something better, together. That one use case grew into EAM360, and we have been evolving it ever since by listening, learning, and building with intent.
